Book of Ceremonies for Caerthe

Ceremonies

These ceremonies are generally configured for a Baron and Baroness. A few have been modified for a single person. When using a ceremony for two people with a single person, be careful to change all appropriate plurals to singulars, such as "we" to "I".


Ceremony for the Order of the Sapling of Caerthe (Maid/Page of Caerthe)

Herald:

Caerthe has a long tradition of recognizing those who demonstrate true worthiness in the Arts and Sciences, in combat, and in gentle service. This is no less true for our youth, those gentle young men and women who follow now, but who will someday lead.

{Calls youth into court.}

TE:

{Personal words about the youth being honored.}

Herald:

{With Coronet approval: read scroll text. If no scroll, use standard scroll text.}

TE:

{Gives out tokens. Further personal words.}

Herald:

{With Coronet approval: cheers.} You have Their Excellencies' leave to depart.
